If your present home has not sold by the completion of your new Caruana home, Caruana Homes will pay 50% or a maximum of $2,000.00, whichever is less, of your present home mortgage for up to six months.  This will allow you over a year to sell your present home.  If you meet the following qualifications, you could be on your way to owning a Caruana Dream Home today!

1. Your home must be located in Hampton Roads
2. Your home must be listed with a licensed Real Estate Agent and priced at current market value. *
3. Your home must be marketable in Caruana Homes, Inc.’s sole discretion
4. You must qualify for a home mortgage loan with no contingencies.

*Current market value to be determined by an appraisal performed by a licensed appraiser and dated within 3 months of date of New Home Purchase Agreement.

If you meet all the qualifications listed above, Caruana Homes, Inc. will enter into an agreement with you to own your dream home as follows:

1. Upon completion of your new home, you will move in and pay INTEREST ONLY until your present home sells.
2. Caruana Homes will pay 50% of your present home mortgage payment per month up to a maximum monthly contribution of $2,000
3. The duration of this agreement is to 6 months from date of possession of your new home.
